Hate the new formula
I used to love this cream and the recent change of formula has made me stop buying it. It’s greasy and hard to rub in and doesn’t feel soothing or moisturising at all.

Bring back the old formula
I have been using Nivea soft moisturiser for decades. The new formula makes my skin burns. My face skin gets horribly dry after a few hours of applying this new vegan formula. That was not only a waste of money, but it's damaging my skin.

Bring back the old formula!
I've used Nivea soft for as long as I can remember, but my skin hates the new formula. It feels like it leaves a film on the skin and is drying. Please bring back the old formula!
