I have used this particular cleanser for over 15 years as my daily cleanser with perfect cleansing results. Now, with the new formula, my face remains oily and feels dirty, even after doing three applications in a row. You have to to better!
I've used the old version of the face wash for quite a few years. I've now tried to use this new version for a couple of days and threw it out tonight. It smells too bad and the texture is all wrong. Why replace a good product with this?
I have used this product for 30 years so would consider myself a very loyal customer. Sadly, never have completely changed the formula. The texture of the gel has changed. It is now sticky and does not spread properly. There is a very strong aloe vera smell and the product makes my skin sting. I don’t understand why Nivea has messed with such a successful product. After 30 years, I’m switching brands.
