New version is not good. It doesn’t even clean your face. And as for the floating bits in it, they don’t exfoliate, they just get stuck in your eyes or hairline. Won’t bother buying again. Used previous version for 10 years plus.
I’ve used this face wash for over 20 years and loved it BUT this new update is a disaster for me. It really irritates my skin so I can’t use it at all. So sad as I’ve been such a loyal customer for so long.
No one asked for this to be changed. Many of us have been using it for years without any issues. Now they decide to change it, obviously to keep up with the trends and it’s not what it was. We didn’t ask for hyaluronic acid or aloe vera. If you value your customers change it back or at least create a vintage range with the previous formula. Do what’s right for your existing loyal customer market that have been using this for years. I think this applies to the whole essential range
