Hate the new formula
Recently run out of my old Nivia soft and I’m so so disappointed in the new formula. Now it feels heavy and sits on my face rather than rubbing in, when I apply it it almost feels watery and doesn’t spread nicely plus it makes my skin tingle, I then have to reapply after an hour because my skin feels really tight. Been using nivia soft for 20years and I’m sadly going to have to change to a diff moisturiser. Bring the old formula back! And run it alongside the vegan one for those who want it.

Awful Vegan Formula
I am 49 yrs old. Having had eczema and dry skin all my life, I grew up with Nivea as my face moisturiser. As soon as the soft version came to market I have used it as my daytime moisturiser. The new vegan formula is awful. Makes my skin feel so dry and tight. I will now be buying Astral. Gutted Nivea. Please bring the old formula back. So many loyal users now cannot use this vegan formula. Very disappointed.

Why change to vegan?
I’m wondering why Nivea Soft has changed to a vegan formula. I’m sure far more customers / users of the cream are non vegan and so who are Nivea catering for? The new formula doesn’t feel like a similar quality cream and is lighter and so surprisingly rather than being absorbed easily, as previously, sits on the skin and gradually absorbs. It leaves my skin feeling slightly tight, and so does not suit my dry skin as well as the old original formula did. Nivea, please please please change back to the original Soft cream.
