Nivea Soft vegan awful
Like most people I have a very busy life. One thing that was easy was Nivea soft. The new vegan formula is truly awful. It doesn't absorb at all is waxy and sticky. Now I have to find a new moisturiser so a lot of research needed. I'm deeply disappointed as this is unusable

Nivea Soft - new formula
Following in the footsteps of my Nana, I have used Nivea Soft (a fabulous product) for many years. It always left my skin feeling hydrated. Unfortunately I am now going to have to look for an alternative product. The new vegan formula does not leave skin feeling hydrated, I found the opposite. Very disappointed

Nivea moisturising lotion
After 50 years of using Nivea I have had to change brands and am seriously not happy! Yet another company who has forgotten to include their customers in the decision making process. They should remember what happened to Coca Cola and Heinz when they made similar high level, strategic decisions! They lost millions and even though they bought the products back they didn’t regain their lost customers. Bad decision Nivea, we are not happy!
