The new formula ruined it, won’t be buying again
Nivea Soft used to be my absolute go-to moisturiser - I have dry, sensitive skin and it was the only cream I could find that moisturises without irritating my skin. The old formula made my skin feel amazing. The new formula is very different to the old one and to be honest, it’s awful. It does not moisturise properly, it just leaves a greasy layer on the skin without absorbing, and it left my skin feeling dry, tight, and uncomfortable. This subsequent irritated my skin. I tried it for a bit but I’ve now given up, and will be moving on from this product - such a shame.

New formula is terrible
I have used Nivea for years and now I’m needing to find a new body cream. I have one “old” tub left and I’m using it sparingly so it lasts as long as possible! Please please bring back the old formula.

Dreadful new formula
I’ve been using Nivea soft for years and have recommended it to so many people. The new formula is dreadful. It takes ages to absorb and does not leave my skin feeling soft, just kind of dry. Who were you trying to impress with the vegan label?! I feel conned and so disappointed.
