Disappointment
Extremely disappointed I have been using this product for around 5 years, and it was one of the very few skincare products I kept coming back to. Unfortunately, the new formula is a huge disappointment. The texture is sticky, difficult to spread, and feels completely different. I actually have to dilute it with water just to be able to use it properly. It’s nowhere near as pleasant or easy to use as the previous formula. I honestly don’t understand why companies change products that already work so well. When you have a product that customers have loved and trusted for years, why change it so drastically that people no longer want to use it? After 5 years of using this product, I’m genuinely disappointed and will now have to look for an alternative. The old formula was great. The new one is a huge step backwards. Please listen to your long-term customers and consider bringing the old formula back.
