Hate the new vegan formula
I was so disappointed when I went to use my new tub of nivea soft creme. After using this product for as long as I can remember., I won't be buying it anymore 😕. The old formula was a luxury product at an excellent price. This new one is not luxury at all. Feels watery and not moisturising at all. Skin felt drier after using it than before!. You've just lost a long term customer.

Bring back the old formula
I have been using Nivea soft for as long as I can remember. The new vegan formula is slimy, takes ages to rub in and I feel it doesn’t moisturise my skin. I will not be buying the vegan formula again, please bring back the old formula.

Since this was changed to vegan friendly it is a truly awful moisturiser! It’s sticky, doesn’t moisturise at all, just dries skin out! The new Vegan formula is just not the same. It doesn’t rub into the skin anywhere near as well and leaves my skin feeling tight and dry. Wish Nivea would bring back the original (old) formula.
